Guys, imagine building a seriously bigger upper body. Think big wide shoulders, ripped abs and a small waist to really emphasise that no longer elusive “V” taper.

The physique program is ideal if you’re aiming to put on a significant upper body muscle while leaning up around the midsection for that ultimate sculpted physique.

This full 12 week training program is broken down into three, four week training blocks, with each block increasing in both volume and intensity for assured muscle growth and fat burning.

Program Breakdown

This 5 day per week upper body build program targets the shoulders, back and abs.

The Physique Program is a GYM PROGRAM. To complete the program in full, you’ll require access to cable machines, pull up bar, preacher curl, smith machine, squat machine, leg curl, leg extension, seated row, calf raise and a selection of dumbbells and bars.

Each exercise comes with a brief description, technique / equipment usage video along with your prescribed number of sets and reps for each.
