JAY TYLER

Jay Tyler is an Owner and the Head Coach at The Strength Coach. Jay has an extensive coaching career which has involved working with rugby players, bodybuilders, men’s physique, bikini and figure competitors, novice and elite level powerlifters and some of Australia’s best professional boxers.

Prudence’s best achievements to date: Overall winner at the QLD show in 2018 in a line-up of 30+ bikini competitors & competing in a national bikini overall competition for a pro-card at the New Zealand show in 2018. 17 top 3 placings out of 20 competitions.

PAUL SPANJOL

Paul is an ASCA certified S&C Coach and an ISSN certified sports nutritionist, he has a background in the military and has been involved in the fitness industry for 20yrs. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in nutrition, hypertrophy and strength training, fat loss, injury prevention and rehabilitation. 

Having competed as a natural bodybuilder for 18yrs Paul has coached himself and others to win multiple state, national and world titles in both the amateur and professional ranks.

JADE MCKEE

Jade is a qualified personal trainer, accredited sports nutritionist, a physiotherapist, a mum, and an IFBB Pro League Professional Bikini competitor. She has competed in 22 shows both nationally and internationally over the past 10 years.

Jade specialises in helping competitors, pre- & post-natal women, and people who are looking to improve their health and fitness, make the changes they need to live their BEST life.
