12 Week Training Program

The Bro Split is the ultimate upper body build program. Think big chest, big shoulders with a big back and arms. This is the ultimate Push, Pull, Legs program focused on adding more size to your upper body whilst still improving overall body composition.

This full 12 week training program is broken down into three, four week training blocks, with each block building on the last. As the intensity and volume increases, you’ll start to see significant improvements in both performance in the gym and the way you look in the mirror.

Program Breakdown

This 4 day a week upper body training program is structured as follows.

  • Legs – 1 x Day Per Week
  • Upper Body – 3 x Day Per Week

The Bro Split is a GYM PROGRAM with a primary emphasis on upper body strength and conditioning. Equipment required includes: cable machines, incline and decline benches, lat pulldown, preacher curl machine, a range of dumbbells in amongst your typical dedicated leg machines.

To ensure correct alignment and execution, we’ve included a brief description, technique / equipment usage video along with your prescribed number of sets and reps for each exercise with massive growth as our objective.
