12 Week Training Program

Exclusive to The Strength Coach, The Bikini Girl Program is a 12 week, fully mapped out bikini/figure model workout plan that focuses on developing the three main areas of a women’s physique to create the ultimate bikini girl look.

  1. Glutes that are full and round,
  2. a mid section that’s tight and toned, and 
  3. An upper body that’s lean and sculpted.

Broken into four week training blocks, the intensity and the volume increases over the 12 week bikini training program to ensure progress.

Program Breakdown

The program includes a list of prescribed exercises for each day, for 5 days per week, specifically designed for bikini athletes looking to build and shape their physique for a stand out stage performance.

The Bikini Girl is a GYM PROGRAM requiring access to several pieces of equipment including a smith machine, cable machine and leg extension.

Each exercise comes with a brief description, a technique / equipment usage video and a prescribed number of sets and reps to ensure results.
